Hmm.. good question. In my opinion the oposit is the case. Moving your body at a low pace can improve bowel movements and can clear excess bloodsugar out of your bloodstream. This helps preventig bloodsugar disregulations aka sugarcrashes..
Try for yourself. If you don‘t feel well wait a bit longer after eating.. 😉
