So, when a person hit's to the gym and do weight lifting and heavy workout then, their body muscle fibers are being damaged which the main reason of pain during and after the workout. But after the workout, the muscles need immediate protein for its recovery and when you consume high protein diet after the workout it directly affects your muscles and they start repairing itself and new stronger muscle fibers are being generated which makes you stronger than tomorrow.
So the gym trainer advice the member to eat high protein rich diet with the proper amount of other nutritions, but with high protein diet, it is needed to be hydrated. Proteins are the building blocks of our body. They are the reason of our growth of body parts.
