Bizarro Dream #113018: I returned to my house, to my basement, to a dryer full of my clothes that was running with the door missing and the clothes were falling out. They weren't dry and everything was covered in blue ink. The scene felt as if I hadn't been there for a long while. The control dial of the machine was missing and there was no way to stop the machine. I started picking up clothes that were dry-ish and only slightly tainted with ink and started folding them.

Throwback 2011 - This year has been on my mind.

Although I rarely do this anymore, I went to what used to be my go-to dream interpretation sight, and they "had to disable" the dream search function, just as I needed it. I don't blame them, or anyone. It's universe telling me I don't need to know.

It's a gym day. If I can maintain MWF 5x5x5 I will get results. The satisfaction of weight lifting vs the frustrations of bodyweight training is, for me, all in the numbers. I can count that I've added 5 - 25 lbs to my deadlift or bench press... but increasing reps or range of motion, or balance on the bodyweight side is tough for me. All the more reason to do it.

And with that out of the way, I should prepare for Khaos Year... and the gym.

Oh... major announcement. We will be changing the title of this blog to "Noxsoma Life Camp" as we move into Khaos Year. And since tomorrow is the beginning of a new month, we might as well start of the 19th month of this project with the new name. Same logo. We're just taking it from the name to the brand.

Rule number twelve of Living Like A Millennial, "hype your brand." Noxsoma is a Millennial brand as it was born in 1994, (same year as Isabella). Maybe after a quarter century it's time to let Noxsoma loose into the world, in a more organized and profitable way.

Let's start the day.

Round one - back in America and comfortable I'm getting two to three rounds in, but should have more H2O and more greens, maybe more fruit.

Waiting for the bus, an exercise in patience. Writing helps the time pass.

Today... squats, bench, leg press, rev grip bb [barbell] row, military press. Maybe vanity reps bw sets. I've got that regular down pre-gym feeling. It's gonna be a good day.

Front squats... went light but it was heavy. Up to 95, with knee lifts and abs bw.

Bench press.. up to 145, finally with bi curls 25, 30 & abs bw. Oh yeah shoulder stretching and therapy bw sets.

There's a guy sleeping on the leg press, so I can hit rows first. Start at 135.

Bent row... start high, advance slowly.
135, 140, 145, 150, 155

Leg press... 360 start. Strong with the legs. Advance 50 lbs a set to 540. Tough, but doable.

Military press feeling strong up to 85 lbs in four sets... so 105? Sticking point. But it's okay let's do it!! First rep was solid, but cheated up the last four. Still stuck... but we'll conquer it. I want that 135... like back in the day.

Good show today. I think I hit some good numbers, but I have to remember, I'm not in it for the numbers. I'm in it for the strength and power and the hardening of my muscles and body. The numbers are a good guide. Anyway... a long slow walk to the bus station with some shopping along the way.

I finished off the night with some late, lite eats. Tomorrow we step up... or over to a new level of what I'm doing.
