As in my last post, I told you about my fitness challenge. I'm giving you a quick recall. my weight was 97kg and my waistline was 43".
Now I'll tell you about my progress last week.
I lost 2.5kg in last week and reduce my waistline by 1". So now my weight and waist are 94.5kg and 42" respectively and I'm so happy and excited. It motivated me more than before.
