LOVING YOURSELF FIT.

It's easy to go through life setting goals. I'll do "A" once I achieve "B", I'll have more time, feel better and things will just be easier. The same comes with our personal image. We look at our mirrors and think, I'll be happier when I look "better". Better may never come and neither does our confidence and around around we go, stuck in our own created ruts.
Have you thought about how much of our effort goes into setting these goals, every year a wave of resolutions come and go. "I'll work out everyday and be happier about myself." The problem comes when we break those promises and our goal is never achieved. We stop working towards a healthier self because we didn't love ourselves from the start. We have decided that we will only like ourselves when our body looks the way we want it to. We work out to feel better about ourselves.
It's time to flip that way of thinking. Love yourself first. Love the body you are in, love every single pound you have. Love it so much you're willing to set it free and give it back to the cosmos. Once we learn to love ourselves, we have no pressure to keep trying to improve ourselves... We now choose to BECAUSE we love ourselves...
