Been sick with a cold/flu since Sunday watched the Superbowl sweating for my Eagles and from layering up trying to sweat out my cold. Finally feeling well enough to get back into the swing of things.

Form and strength are awful after being sick. Feel like at least two weeks of progress have been taken from me. Had my fill of sweating early in the week past three days so this workout was a very relaxed one and tried to stay cool during it.
