90 degree rope hang with leg raises to make it interesting.

90 degree rope hang with some L's for the abs mixed in to keep it interesting. Think I held that for a little over 30 seconds. At some point I hope to be able to do that for 5 minutes. That goal is a long ways away. As you can tell by my face the struggle was real strong for these 30 seconds.

Thinking about adding some rope hangs to my routines as a daily thing at the start of my sessions. Grip is a huge part of ninja obstacles, and really not something you want as a weak point if you aim to compete.
