Homemade Protein Plus Shake Recipe

I have a great recipe for a shake packed with protein, terrific tasting, and is ultra good for you. I call it the protein plus shake and it is one of my favorite healthy shakes that I have had in my life. The best part about it is the fact that you do not need as many ingredients as some shakes require you too.

2 tablespoons of peanut butter
2 bananas
1 cup Dannon Oikos Yogurt
(optional) 1 scoop protein powder
4-6 OZ milk

The reason I say that protein powder is optional is that not everyone has it and even without it you have around 38g of protein. Unless you are going hard muscle building wise and you weigh over 215 pounds or so you don't need protein powder. If you do add protein powder though you would have 49g which is crazy.
