The way your body currently looks is 100% based upon the shit your stuffed into your face before today. Don't kid yourself otherwise.

If you're curious, I eat 5 meals with 8oz grilled Chicken and 1 cup cooked rice currently with a breakfast protien shake I make from egg whites and oatmeal. For you, you might want to start with a few less meals untill you are used to eating clean then add a meal as you get comfortable.

Food is everything. Stop buying supplements. image
