@polebird: ❤️ All the feels - Dtube spinner pole combo ❤️

in fitness •  7 years ago  (edited)

In our pole class we usually learn and practice short combos. Depending on the day, we may link a three or four tricks together or just spend time attempting to stick just one trick. Once in a while, I have a special pole day, and everything just seems to click! In today's pole combo video, I was happy to have kept the spin of the pole going while linking a couple different combos that I had practiced together. :) YAY! Sometimes, on spinner pole, you just run out of momentum and get stuck awkwardly, but not on this try!

wow that's hypnotic.
against physics :)

These pics define the word elastic.

Hahah thank you :P I try lol

Are you trying, I thought you are a pro.

I LOVE THIS COMBO! It includes all my favorite moves (some which I have never tried but I am waiting for the teacher to teach them). So graceful. Love the combo, you should send it in Instagram to #powerpolesports or #poledancenation!

Thanks so much! I do use those tags sometimes :)

Wow, you make it look so effortless! You must be really strong! Is it easier or harder to use a spinning pole? And have you gotten a lot more flexible since you started or have you always been flexible? I can barely touch my toes and I'm not even close to doing any of the splits and it just looks so clumsy and awkward when I try to pole :D

thank you! :) its different to use a spinning pole... because spinner if you use your momentum right you can use it to help invert a bit. It's more about holding different poses or tricks and transitioning smoothly between them while not stopping. I've never been flexible in the past. My splits were about 1 foot off the floor, took a year of consistent practice but im excited about the progress. Practice really pays off in pole! you will surprise yourself, keep at it.

That's so motivating! Thank you :) I'm gonna try to start stretching a bit daily. The problem is that I'm really excited about getting started but then I forget that I was supposed to stretch after a few days... I guess I should put an alarm daily to remind me :D You have definitely come a long way, you are really inspirational! Thank you :)

This Channel is dedicated to Poledance only? :D

hahaha well.. not ONLY. but most of the time :P its that pole life, got sucked in ever since I walked into a class randomly 2 years ago
