Today's pole combo features a trick called an aerial ballerina. There are many different entries to ballerina, and this is a trick that I tried before from the floor previously. I actually forgot about the ballerina for a while, but was inspired to attempt it aerially (off the floor) when I saw another poler's video on instagram. I love how this trick looks so flowy. There are cool mechanics behind this trick: When you bring your limbs in to the pole, this makes the spin pick up and you gain momentum - resulting in a spinning ballerina!❤️
