This is a total body workout using a suspension trainer I made for my mom. This workout is very safe and can easily be progressed or regressed for any skill level.

Suspension Trainer Squat 3x15
Dumbell lateral raise 3x15
Suspension Trainer Bi curl 3x15
Suspension Trainer Tri extension 3x15
Suspension trainer chest press 3x15
On any exercise using the suspension trainer remember to always keep resistance on the handles so that the straps stay tight. Make sure you core is engaged. If there is any lower back pain regress the workout a little by moving closer or farther from the straps.
