How to build muscle smartly

So many people who are into fitness will know that to grow you must have a plan.

Many people just enter the gym without a knowledge of what to do. But if you want to grow you should train smartly.

What I mean is train each muscle group twice a week. You can train **two muscles a day if you're intermediate or if you're advanced, follow push/pull/legs.And if you're beginner: Train 4 days/week and you can do upper body/lower body.

Always start with compound movements.

eg: if doing chest start with bench press, back deadlifts or barbell rows and so on.
Then later if you still have some pump left do isolation.
