Hey everyone As we all know nowadays from our prime minister to our indian team caption Virat Kohli , everyone is obsessed about fitness so i give you few tips if you are new to gym or going to join , So lets start!
BE DEDICATED
You need to be dedicated for fitness , like in India when people join the gym they said we going get our ass at gym everyday but after 6 moths or 1 year people start losing their motivation towards gym and exercise .Even if you have a rubbish diet and very bad food habits but you are regular for exercise you can still make a difference.
GOOD GUIDANCE IN THE BEGINNING
Rather than watching youtube videos and exercise , just spend money on good trainers thats one of the biggest advice one can give you because you need a really good personal trainer or someone like a mentor like a close friend who had been in gym for a while i mean atleast a couple of years.
PROTEIN IS IMPORTANT
In India most people thinks that just by lifting weights and running they make muscles, you need to follow a good weight training with a good inuff diet.
Our indian diet always centers around carbohydrates like roti ,rice and then sabzi and dal but in western center of diet is protein and around that they have piece of bread or something.
COMPOUND MOVEMENTS
You have to make compound movements from right beginning so what are compound movements!
so basically these are the exercises which make use of more than one joint , the three main exercises are squad, Benchpress and Deadlift like while you are doing squad with legs exercise you use rest of your body as stabilizer .
PARENT EDUCATION
This tip is very much India specific because our parents are of 60s , 70s and 80s at that time gymming and specially weight training is treated as pumping irons
now they dont understand that weight lifting is very beneficial for your health also and it is very hard to convince them to buy to protein suppliments and eat chicken, egg every other day. So stuff you learn in gym or from internet educate them about it. I feel eventually if you show inuff dedication your parents will definitely support you.

@rahulwasan Actually I'm having a membership of gym for One year... everyday I'm thinking that, from tomorrow onwards I will be continuing to gym...but the day never come... hahaha
