These are great reminders on how to maintain energy in your life especially for men in their 40s.

  1. Get rid of toxic people in your life.
  2. Watch the foods and drinks that enter your body. Get rid of the salts, crap, and minimize alcohol.
  3. Don't take things too seriously. Smile and be positive.
