My fitness lessons

I am 37 now, I have been through all circles of fitness. Being fit and six packs and all that, and being lazy and eating like a "pig".
Weight lifting and cardio.
Going to gym in the morning vs evening.
Strict diet vs free eating.

I came to this conclusions:

  1. one should have a lifetime view of fitness and diet.

  2. Six packs come and go, the aim is fitness and being healthy.

  3. Enjoy life , enjoy food , but remember moderation is the key.

  4. Strict diet cannot be maintained for life time.

  5. Master your body, learn the type of food your body is able to handle and eat more of that.

  6. ‎do more of fitness exercise you enjoy.

  7. ‎it is already hard to go to gym , just find time to be there.
