Our Workout

Warm-up

2 rounds of

  • 20 Push-ups
  • 20 Squat
  • 20 Shoulder press
  • 10 Chin ups

Main workout

1.Handstand walking toward the wall

  • 3 sets x 5reps

2.Handstand box push press

  • 5 sets x 5 reps

3.Tuck Hold on hands

  • 3 sets x 10 reps
