Cool, I will try to remember to upload one on this contest after I submit my tweet.

I have not yet try to make 100 push-ups, and I increase only by 1 each day until the end of this challenge at day 77.

Make 100 sets with one rep, it makes 100 just record the time and make a post, and rmsfitness tokens are yours

This challenges are new to me and I will post my activity the next time. But 4 min's are insane! :)

The hardest thing to start ...

I love exercises based on your body weight... Without a doubt my favorites!

I don´t have any picture of me doing any specific exercise, only the results when I win some volleyball tournaments.
