I've tried this, didn't really help much...

increase the leg strength

That has been going up significantly for me. I have gone up a lot on squats and deadlifts

if you got near your ABSOLUTE STRENGTH, you need to look and catch A GOOD DAYS. you need to find out WHY is it a good day. If you want to lift heavier- you need to increase your body weight. Have fun!!
