The morning exercise regime. How nature can brighten your day.

As an entrepreneur it is really important to have a new fresh beginning every morning. My morning routine consists of a jog at the local park. I usually jog at the Johnson & Johnson Garden in our locality Mulund West, Mumbai.

Apart from the jogging I also do some yoga every morning mainly to free a few tissue joints and to improve flexibility.
