The best way to get fit on a budget is home exercising, dieting for me takes alot of effort and money... I am down with leg ache as it seems i have over worked myself for the day...
My major objective for trying out yoga was to get flexible but then i went for my regular check up and was diagnosed with ...... This has switched my motivation. I usually just play around with high volumed music nothing so special. I get to take my time transiting from different poses, no pressure.
