Dumbbell Bent-Over Side Lateral
Goal: to prepare the rear deltoids first as a great way to warm-up rear deltoids. what most blood circulation in the Rear Delt
Sets: 2 warm-up + 4 work sets
Reps: 15-20 rhythmic reps without negative (personally, I choose 15-20 reps or 30+30+30 drop-sets) This week, I worked 15 classic reps.
I personally preferred before all the exercises on the rear deltoids.
Feeling of the great, muscle pumps.
I do 15-20 reps which guarantee me the best effect.
Remember (back held flat, no any moving of so-called hang-swing)
On this muscle you do not need a lot of weight if you do not know it properly unnecessarily do you use (Romboid, traps and back total)
