Biceps curls with the bar on wide negative motion and 45 seconds in tension ! TRY IT !
It's a great way to reach new effect of your biceps.
With negative motion you will have to cut weight. I started with an empty bar sets.
I chose to grip wide because I mainly tried to growth inside of the biceps!
But the grip is individual ...
Goal: Perfect hands muscle pumps blood to get into them. All time in tension faze on your biceps is 45-50 second!
Sets: Warm-up 1, Work: 3-4
Reps: 10-12
