Everyone wants a wonderful, sexy body and prominent muscles for that people join the gym . But unfortunately those beginners leave the gym in the first six months on the pretext that they did not pursue any change or positive result , and they forgot the reasons behind that . Everything is based on science and knowledge , even in sports . Yes, do not be surprised you can not enter any domain and expects to succeed without prior knowledge of its needs , its structures and its foundations .

Today, I will remind you of the most basic rules that most novices miss .

I) We start by establishing and setting realistic goals that are applicable taking into account your abilities, your obligations and your lifestyle .

II) Then there is a key point that is overlooked by many and has a great importance , It is knowing your body type .This will help you determine the amount of the duration , the speed and amount of exercise needed to practice in the session .

III) The Proper nutrition which is approval whit the type of your body and exercise correctly .

All of these rules are important in the speed of the emergence of positive results and clear changes on your body
