Mesotropin Fitness Challenge

Hello everyone,

As a fitness instructor, I took part in Mesotropin Fitness Challenge 2.0 which is a program like Jom Kurus 1 Malaysia (JK1M) where as a coach, will guide their client to lose weights & body transformation in 6 weeks. I represent zone Kingfisher, Sabah.

with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) as my expertise, I use my own method to guide my client which is now we are already in week 4.

This is my only client for this program with 3 digits during the weight ins and now almost to 2 digits. His progress went well and I am so proud with him.

Week 1, more on cardio with some of strength and conditioning.

Week 2, I prefer powerlifting and build his muscle so body fat will decrease and muscle mass will up and metabolism become more higher.

Week 3, absolutely focus on cardio for fat burning.
In this week 4, I start with strength & conditioning and become more strict about his diet and ask him to do intermittent fasting (IF). I don't know what his current weight but obviously his body changed a lot. I will put more effort to help him reach his fitness goal. I don't like to always see his weights to avoid become more stressful. We need to training without stress and focus on good form. That's most important and the results will come by itself.
