The Challenge: At least 100 honest reps of exercise every day. No excuses. No bullsh*t. Just actions, positivity, and results. Only post AFTER your reps are done.
If you can't contribute yet, try to eat natural foods and stay well hydrated without the sugar for now.
It's ok to start with a number you're comfortable with if you can't reach 100. You choose what exercises to do.
30 minutes of dedicated brisk walking, running, or SPINNING (new) can count as 100 reps if you're unable to lift or need to rest.
I will award 1 SBD to each person who reaches every 10,000 rep milestone. So far, 6 SBD have been paid out.
My Daily Challenge Completed - 101 reps:
-101 push-ups
My Daily Assessment:
Still home with my entire family with my sister arriving from overseas today, which was a big relief for everyone. On the bright side, she made a point to say how much bigger I'd gotten from doing these reps. Today was the first day I've weighed 210 pounds in my life, after drinking a bit of fluids, but still... I'm starting to feel like a linebacker instead of a baseball player.
My Dad is still fighting. I spontaneously jumped a massive hurdle to privately say my final words while he was alert enough. It was not easy at all, and I hadn't planned on doing it for reasons previously explained, but I did my best.
I did my push-ups at the end of the day with everyone asleep to go to bed on a positive note.
Feedback from @mightpossibly:
"I find it deeply satisfying to do these reps, which is a big deal. I've always hated the gym and prefer to exercise at home. But I've lacked the discipline to do it. It sort of feels like I have gym buddies now, without the hassle of going to the gym."

Hey @steemmatt can you please help support this comment that i wrote to taskmaster, i hope to give validity to the idea by keeping it endorsed by many Steemians at the top of his post, we need to promote SBD amongst ourselves so Steemians will get the word out in 2018 (grassroots word of mouth marketing) that Steemit and it's sister DAPs is a great place to earn lots of cash via high SBD payout:
Keeping SBD High Encourage Higher Steem Account Onboarding in 2018

Question first: I think that SBD shouldn't be so high as it's obviously designed to be pegged to $1 of Steem. Keeping it inflated helps for marketing for quick profit, but I feel it'll continue to attract the wrong users and raise false expectations of easy money, which could pop if/when SBD is potentially brought down to it's $1 mark. In other words, sell the tech, social benefits and experience, not SBD profits as a temporary lure. Thoughts?

fyi
Steem $1 pegged is a misnomer that even @dan admitted to, it was a crutch to help early Steemians when Steem was expected to drop below $1 so they can earn liquid Steem or SBD and cash out as intended for that purpose
pegged is a misnomer as there is no way to describe a currency that has a soft floor of USD$1 but really has no upside in expected fluctuation due to supply and demand rules, until today, there is no such word, soft-floor is what @dan used to describe SBD and crutch for Steem adoption is what he used in the video
@dan himself encourage usage of SBD liquidity and forced 50% mining/earning of Steem which theoretically was not worth over $1 for half of 2016-2017.
if you think about it logically, then SBD at say $5 is a crutch for Steem say at $4,
so people can earn more Steem....and so on and so forth, until, critical mass forms, when there is so many Steemians, it no longer matters if SBD exist or not, when Steem is freely used because millions used it, just like how Andreas A describe it back in 2014 as currency as a political choice and how this new revolution where it's no longer sovereignty driving currency.....it's now power to the people, when currency will drive sovereignty
ok.....shoot, i'm fighting the temptation and will stop my TLDR now....hope this makes sense let me know if it's just gibberish to you

Read everything. Very good points. Thank you. I had been funneling out some SBD for USD/to other Alts/BTS, so this logic has me reconsidering swapping back to powering everything up. It's just very tough when I want to diversify via crypto rollover, while not wanting to put any more USD into the crypto space as insurance while regulations are being worked out.
Do you have a post where Dan made those points on SBD or are you in the inner circle and just pretending to be a mortal Steemian?

LOL....nah Dan didn't make those points, I asked Dan to read and support as he sees fit (just like I asked you) and he decided to give me a 100% upvote.
All these ideas are originally mine, and goodness lord know where they come from, I do lots of research, doesn't leave me with much time todo wonderful and fancy post like sexymatty and papa-dandy
Anyways, here is another reply of mine that you can consider, this one is more serious and I really think we are very close to critical-mass

To be practical, no prob. As long as people aren't adding reps for a post I already completed, or two sessions on one post for two different days, that'll be ok.

Low reps because it was a PR attempt day, for deadlift and bench. Next weekend I'll attempt squats then make a full post involving all three.

@steemmatt hope all is well with you bro, I did 3 sets of 1min (60 sec) planks and I must say it isn't that easy so maybe 15 or 20 reps for a 60sec plank would be nice and fair? Let me know man. Rep On!

Thank you for the thought. Still getting by here.
So I saw 90 push-ups in your post + the three 1 min planks here... While we're finishing out how to scale planks, let's just say 15 reps per minute right now, so 90+15x3 = 135 for today. Let me know if any discrepancy.
