I'm getting good results from intervals with my running. I've improved quite a bit recently and it's nice to mix up my runs anyway. Exercise can get boring and we need to enjoy life.

Yeah, I love them, definitely can mix it up from the steady-state stuff. Will have to post up some of my fun workouts too :D
