Thanks for the post! My wife and I started keto about a month and a half ago and we've lost a collective 10 pounds! She was a huge skeptic, but now she's all in.

I think something you should let people know is that the beginning is rough due to keto flu, but also sugar withdrawal. When we began, we didn't realize how impatient and irritated we were with each other until we stopped and questioned why.

Those two points were really rough on us, but now that we're over the sugar addiction and know how to prevent keto flu, we feel so much more amazing than we ever have before.

Keep fighting the good fight and share the keto knowledge!

Thanks for reading @straightupeats! That's phenomenal! Great work, keep it up! I've found that it's a similar case with most people - skeptical at first because it goes against nearly everything we're taught by the big box food companies and even our doctors, but once the diet gets rolling and you're in ketosis, you feel amazing and your mentality towards carbs completely shifts!

Keto flu is a great topic and really important - I'll make sure to talk about it in tonight's post, thanks for that idea!
