Great post Nina. Walking is the only exercise I am able to manage with my little boy. I have a question though. Isn't walking right after a meal supposed to mess with one's digestion due to increased blood flow that walking causes?

Hmm.. good question. In my opinion the oposit is the case. Moving your body at a low pace can improve bowel movements and can clear excess bloodsugar out of your bloodstream. This helps preventig bloodsugar disregulations aka sugarcrashes..
Try for yourself. If you don‘t feel well wait a bit longer after eating.. 😉
