Im Tea and I
m coming from a small country Slovenia (Europe). I love sports and healthy food. I started as an athlete, I was a sprinter (a long time ago). I was rarely in the first three, but still I was one of the best 20 in my Country. I never liked competing, but I loved to train. Of kors, there were the days that I had to push myself to go (I believe we all have that kind of days), but the feeling when you finished your training was amazing.
Then I had to go to a college, and that was the end of my sprinter career :P But I couldnt just stop. I started training myself… I was running, I also finished 4 workouts programmes (Insanity Asylum vol. 1 & vol. 2, 21-day fix, 21-day fix extreme and Hammer & Chisel – I will dedicate one blog to this programmes also). I went on the national competition to run 3km, I ended on the third place. That was my last national competition. After that, I ran two half marathons (21km) and finished them in 1:47:00 (so I had ca. 5min per km). Pretty good I guess. Now I am more and more impressed with pole fitness and calisthenics. It
s just amazing when whit the right mind and training your body can achieve things that you never believed it could. And I want to achieve so much more (human flag, shoulder flag, handstands...). Running, workouts, pole fitness, calisthenics ->It is my ‘me’ time, it brings me strength, and I am in love in those post-workout endorphins.

I just want to share with you what works for me. Hopefully, this blog offers you some tips, recipes or workouts that you may want to incorporate into your life.
