Hello All Dear Steemit Friends,

So guys last month i started this amazing challenge of getting six packs in 90 Days and this application divided this journey into 3 parts of 30 Days easch and today iam very happy because i successfully completed the first part of 30 Days in my this journey and iam totally amazed by the results i got in these 30 days.

Actually my weight was stucked at a certain point of 86 k.gs and no Matter what i done, i was not getting below this number but thanks to this application now after just one month of training my weight is 81.8 k.gs that is superb and mind-blowing for me personally.
