I had a great training session today. I did a half-hour of intense cardio, followed by legs, back and then abs.
For legs, I did three exercises: the leg press, seated leg extensions and seated leg curls. I did drop sets for all of them and stuck around the 10-15 rep range.
For back, I did four exercises and used drop sets again. I did two variations of rows and two variations of the pull-down. I also did drop sets for back extensions.
As for abs, I did three exercises.
It doesn't look like an exciting workout but it was definitely effective!
