Hitting The Gym

It's almost that time, time to hit the gym. I have a massive weight workout today, but no cardio involved. I might possibly through in a short session. After today, the next few days is all about cardio! As for today, here's what my workout looks like:

Legs

I'll train legs first. I'm keeping things basic. I'll use traditional sets and aim for high reps. I'll probably do around 6-7 exercises in total, and this includes an exercise for my calves. 

Shoulders

For shoulders, I'll do 4-5 exercises, possibly six. I'll stick with traditional sets and high reps. 

Traps

Shrugs, shrugs and more shrugs. That's what my traps workout will consist of. 

I would go into more details about the exercises, but I won't bore you!
