Training Session: Cardio, Chest, Shoulders & Triceps

I did a massive workout today and focused mainly on weights and did a brief, but intense cardio workout. I started off with chest, which consisted of tri-sets, compound sets and a few drop sets of an exercise. 

For shoulders, I did a new workout and it felt great. I started off with three exercises, done on an incline, followed by presses, rows and shrugs. Definitely felt the burn throughout that workout! 

And then I finished off with biceps. I chose three exercises and did a total of 3 tri-sets and high reps.  

Normally I'd go into a bit more details, but kind of in a rush!
