When I get to the gym, I'll immediately jump into a cardio workout. I'll 30 minutes of cardio, but I'll spend 10 minutes on one machine, 10 on another and 10 more on another. This is a good way to make cardio more fun and I do enjoy keeping my cardio sessions short but intense.
After cardio, I'll train triceps. I'll do 5-7 exercises for a total of 15-21 drop sets. That seems like a lot, but my current workout routine involves training with high reps, high sets and light weights. My bicep routine will also involve 5-7 exercises and 15-21 drop sets in total. After that, I'll train forearms.
As for abs, I'll either do 3-4 exercises as straight sets or I'll train with tri-sets. We'll see what happens when the time comes.
