Yeah, it's a powerful tool to use in your training. Hope you find some inspiration from this to start doing them again :)

Oh, I still do for sure!! I don't run as often anymore, more so in the spring/summer, but about once a week I do HIIT.
Injured my back though, so haven't done it for a month :'( It's pretty minor, so next week I may start again!
