Most people asked me for "the best way to build muscle." It's really a good question.
Pick Things Up and Put Them Down is the scientific way of saying "lift sum heavy ass weight!" It doesn't have to be complicated. So don't let anyone fool you into buying fancy equipment or shiny doodads or sparkling shake weights. Keep it simpla. Pick stuff up. Put it down and repeat.
Eat a lot of things which about building muscle is you can't build it out of nothing. And even if you have the best workouts in the world, you won't slap any muscle on if you are not eating enough. So if you are working out hard with minimal gains, you might need to eat more.
Sleep and recover. This is self explanatory. Minimum 6 hours per night. At least 1 - 2 full recovery days from gym each week.
Post gym selfies on instagram because it can motivate yourself to keep going every day.
