LET KICK THIS WORKOUT WITH A 1 MILE RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!
- 5 Sets of cable pull downs at 50 reps, then 30 reps, 15 reps, 10 reps, last set is light weight and you go to failure.
-SUPER SETED WITH 5 pull ups!
- 5 Sets of cable curls at 50 reps, then 30 reps, 15 reps, 10 reps, last set is light weight and you go to failure.
-SUPER SETED WITH 5 pull ups!
To end this work out your going to do 4 Sets of 1 minute planks!!
