Welcome again guys!! Today I am posting something unique. Everyone will tell you how to make 6 packs abs but I'm gonna tell you to how to reach to the level where your body can afford such types of hard exercises without creating temporary or permanent disabilities. Getting 6 packs abs was never so easy but one can achieve it through constant hard work and following healthy diet. I really don't agree with the posts claiming 1 week, 2 week, or 1 month abs challenge. We must understand that the guys teaching all the stuff are seriously trained athletes and with already reached to max of their fitness levels. Being a physio I almost on daily basis see the patient's suffering from various types of back and joint pains which started due to sudden and vigorous exercises done in gym.
I am very much sure that if you guys follow this, you will surely remain fit during your fitness regimen. This will help you guys to avoid unnecessary straining of your body and finally going to physios and orthos with pain all around. I really want to help young guys who want to achieve maximum fitness standards in a scientific manner. Here is the step by step guide:
Step 1: For 1 month just try to lose as much weight as possible by running, sprinting, walking, and healthy diet. Now if you are able to lose some serious fat than 50% of your work is done!
Step 2: From 2nd month start focusing on stretching and strengthening of every muscle group. Stretching and strengthening methods of common muscle groups like gluteus, quadriceps, hamstrings, biceps, and triceps, are available online. My advise is to go as slow as possible in weight training. I will cover up all the mentioned things in my upcoming posts.
Step 3: By 3rd month all the muscle fibers that were dormant over the period of non activity will be back to normal and would be ready to get strained. This is a time you and your body will start feeling up and strong. Start with mild abdomen or abs exercise under the professional supervision for this month.
Step 4: Now you will start feeling the body strength. Your body is up to take stress and strain involved in serious abdominal exercises like crunches, bridging, and lunges etc. This is perfect time when your body not only will accept the hard training but will also show the great results! Now bang the hammer on hot iron and start doing athletic 6 pack abs training.
