Many of the fitness freaks are unable to hit the gym as the world pandemic has brought everything to stake. And many people have gained lots of weight as mostly all of us are working from home. We can’t move out for walking, cycling, or jogging.

Keeping your weight under control is concerning everyone. The pandemic has made every one of us a chef. And now many of us have gained weight and our body has gone out of shape. So here are some workout tips for you

  1. Regular exercises- Doing all the regular exercises for body warm-up will make your feel energized and fresh throughout the days. You can do these forms of exercises at any time of the day.

  2. Yoga- Everyone of us must know the benefits of yoga. Doing yoga every day in the early morning will help you stay fit and also calm.

  3. Upper-body workouts- To keep your upper body strong and muscular, you need to do the upper body workout exercises like- Push-ups, Pull-ups.

  4. Lower body exercises- Lower body exercises like Bodyweight Sumo Squats, Bodyweight lunges.

  5. Core strength exercises- Core strength exercises like Planks, panther shoulder tap, body saw.

But the most important part is your diet. You need to focus on a healthy diet containing most vegetables and fruits that gives you enough vitamins, minerals, and proteins.
