Before you run to the closest supplement store and buy all the latest meal suppressants pills and fat burners, have a try at this natural alternative:
Carbonated water
If you are trying to diet properly but find that you start snacking at night, or just snacking too much in general because you feel too hungry, then try drinking carbonated water instead of regular water. It'll help suppress your appetite without having to take any supplements, and since you have to drink water anyway, it's a win-win. To keep it healthy check the label for additives and avoid them.
