Could fitness be your way of life?

Dear steemit @community, today in this post I will explain an introduction to @fitness, how some routines you can do to be in shape (beginner level) and some aspects of this way of life that completely changed me.

In the first place, fitness is a physical activity performed repeatedly and with a certain intensity, originating a stimulus in our muscle tissue. Fitness is aimed at both fat loss and muscle mass gain since this way of life is easily adaptable for all people as long as they have a certain perseverance and motivation. But the essential thing to promote good development is good guidance from a professional staff dedicated to physical activities.

Secondly, I have to highlight a routine that helped me mainly in the first months of physical activation, this routine is about 4 days of training;

It is true, that it is a routine taken from the internet, for the simple reason that I did not know how to create a routine when I was a beginner, I would also like to exclaim that this routine could not serve you since, each body is different and therefore, they are needed different ways of training.

Finally, I wanted to establish a more subjective aspect of this issue, the truth is that fitness is a way of life that completely changed me, a few years ago I was a "little weakling" without enough self-esteem to talk to any other people, this made me go through moments of loneliness, which I learned that in this world you have to be the one to initiate your own transformation since, nobody is going to help or support you only you and your mind, so fitness modified certain cognitive aspects that they strengthened my self-esteem. I'm even creating my own accessory so that you who are watching me can enjoy the “fitness lifestyle” as much as I do today.
