Hello Steemit! I will just share my video clip on my sponsored video from A PLUS! on simple workouts that you can do while you're on the beach. Powered by my sponsored "A PLUS!" Enjoy watching!

1.) JOG IN PLACE
- Run at a steady gentle pace, especially on a regular basis as a form of physical exercise. Do it in 60 Seconds and Repeat it 3 times.

2.) SQUATS
- Crouch or sit with one's knees bent and one's heels close to or touching one's buttocks or the back of one's thighs. Do it in 12 reps in 3 sets.

3.) LUNGES
- Lower your hips until both knees are bent at approximately a 90 degree angle. Your front knee should not extend over your ankle, and your back knee should hover above the ground. Keep your weight in your heels as you push back up to starting position. Do it in 12 reps in 3 sets.

4.) JUMPING JACKS
- A jump done from a standing position with the arms and legs pointing outwards. Do it in 30 reps in 3 sets.

5.) LUNGES & TWIST
- Same procedures on Lunges but you need also to twist your body. Do it in 12 reps in 3 sets.
