Hey everyone!

I hope you’re all having a great day.

Today at the gym, we had a great workout.

It was Leg day!

Workout:
Squats-40 reps (4 sets of 10)
Leg press-30 reps (3 sets of 10)
Lunges-60 reps (3 sets of 20)
Box knee kicks-30 reps( 3 sets of 10)
Kettle bell squats-30 reps (3 sets of 10)
Ended with some quick foot work of toe taps- 60 reps

So today we didn’t do a ton of different workouts because we went pretty hard on the ones we did.

I went up in weight with all of my workouts.
40lbs up in squats from 135lbs to 175lbs
90lbs up in leg press from 270lbs to 360lbs
Lunges from 20lbs to 60lbs

After those sets I was all noodle legging. So I finished up with my box knee kicks (which absolutely sucked) and kettle bell squats (high intensity squats).

I then wanted to loosen up my legs a bit so I did toe taps on a raised surface to end my night.

You don’t always have to push yourself hard....if you don’t want results!!! However I do, so I will keep pushing on and not letting myself have excused.

Good advice, you should never skip leg day. A strong foundation starts with the legs :)

I love working out my legs! Something about putting a ton of weight on your back and picking it up that just feels great.

Yeah for me leg day is always fairly easy to get through. I do have powerful legs
