Workout:

A. bicycle kicks - 20sec
B. situps - 15
C. side plank - 30sec (side by side)
D. V hold - 15sec
E. crunches -15

Four circle of this,and dont forget to warm up first and stretch later on. And no matter what DONT QUIT !
