Good afternoon steemians and my @team-ccc, to @freedomshift and to @davidke20

It's my 8th day on the 20 days of the month. You have still time to participate. There's a prize waiting even though you can't compete the number of days qualification. He is so generously giving tips.

Aside from the prizes, what I like is, I able to do my challenge, I do my exercise which I don't know how to give time before.

Here is my today's contribution by walking 300 steps up and down on the stairways, 100 simple exercise outdoor and eating breakfast with raw leafy vegetables, curry, and Arabic bread.
