Day 80 completing the #fitnesschallenge by @steemmatt! Don't let your body down! You won't regret it if you got some exercise in!
Today was a bit of a lazy day and coming on to 18 days of exercise I have to say that I am starting to get a little worn down. It's not entirely bad, but it's certainly a challenge to consistently workout for 30 days straight. Just 4 days shy of my longest streak, I hope to get there this time around. It just goes to show that after working out this many days I am just motivated to keep a steady daily workout routine.

I also want to tell you about the #50squatchallenge and the #50pushupchallenge by @notorious562! 50 easy squats and pushups every day! I'm doing 50 squats daily now so I've decided to participate in that as well. So this is also my completion of both!
My Daily Challenge Completed.
As long as I don't get too sore, I will keep up with my squats and pushups. Today I added some situps so I can do more than just 100 reps! I am thinking I might be ready to try another round of 2700 reps in 9 days but this time I think I will include leg raises and situps in the mix! I think this will make it more manageable as I will only need to do 125 pushups by the time It's all said and done.

Meals
I was still up this morning so I had a couple cinnamin & raisin bagels with cream cheese and strawberry jelly for breakfast. Then I went to bed and slept the day away!
Didn't wake up until about 6:30 and dinner was almost ready. We had Hamburger Helper. I can't say I'm a huge fan of hamburger helper but it's not terrible either. I'm sure I'll be hungry again before the nights up!
My Motivation
Replacing my smoking habit with exercise! I am now going on 14 full days without cigarettes and I think I'm able to keep on going without them! It's hard not to cave and I feel that it is inevitable that I will try to take a few drags soon. It's just what happens when you forgot how crappy it is to smoke them! I am staying positive though and trying to stay ahead of my cravings.
