Day 77 completing the #fitnesschallenge by @steemmatt! If you can't remember the last time you've exercised, this is for you! Join the 100 rep a day challenge!
Besides typical running around as a kid, the last time I could honestly say I did exercise was about 10 years ago in my studio apartment when I lived in Fort Lauderdale, FL. I was exactly 1 mile from my office job and I remember walking to work. I used to jog and started with some billy blank exercises. This probably lasted about a week and I just quickly fell out of it. I can't remember doing any real exercise since then. Now I'm going on 77 days of exercising and I couldn't feel better! My body is noticeably changing. I never thought I would be able to get this done simply because I know how lazy I am. Your proverbial lazy gamer (although I've never been super over weight). I'm not sure how I've stayed skinny over the years but I'm ready to turn any of this fat into muscle and get in shape!

In the mean time
I also want to tell you about the #50squatchallenge and the #50pushupchallenge by @notorious562! 50 easy squats and pushups every day! I'm doing 50 squats daily now so I've decided to participate in that as well. So this is also my completion of both!
My Daily Challenge Completed.
Today I kept it simple but I had to do 150 reps! I said I'd switch it up if my knee didn't feel better but it feels just fine now so I am keeping up on my air squats. I think I am ready to try another 9 day round but this time I won't skip any days. Going on 15 days straight I am hoping to do at least 30 straight days of exercise. This will make it extremely "normal" to do at least 100 reps so that I don't need to skip a day to rest but just do 100 easy reps. Part of the reason behind me doing this is so that I can continue to exercise in the winter so I don't lose anything I gain this summer! I am also certainly missing situps so I plan on adding them to my 2700 rep workout and alleviate the stress behind doing 250 pushups on the 9th day. I just don't think I'm ready for it but I do plan on trying again. My abs certainly needed attention though, so I couldn't just do the bare minimum. As I wrote this, I realized I hadn't filled out my notebook yet so I went ahead and added the situps.

Meals
I've been up late so sleeping in and skipping lunch has been inevitable. I've been trying to prepare myself for some possible streaming sessions on dlive.
Dinner simple, just some hot ham and cheese and hot turkey and cheese sandwiches. Of course they were buttered so it's made the way I love them!

My Motivation
Replacing my smoking habbit with exercise! So after a good few months of not smoking I kind of picked it up again for like 2 months and now I've managed to stop again. So far I have been able to go 11 full days without cigarettes. It's getting easier to go without them and I feel good just like I did in January when I tried quitting the first time. Here's to a successful second attempt!
