I did 40 push-ups, 33 bar shoulder presses of 85 pounds, and 27 air squats while "resting" during my gym workout.
Again, shoulder presses have been added to the challenge options. Please include the weight.

My 10/1 Reps & Feedback: 40 push-ups, 33 shoulder presses of an 85 pound bar, and 27 air squats.
I focused on lateral and frontal shoulder exercises, the speed bag, abs/core, and some shrugs.
About half of my push-ups were with 3-second holds at the bottom.
My legs are still gassed. I'll be the starting pitcher at 8:30 AM on Sunday, so I need to recharge these fully, while also getting some light reps in. I guess I'll have no choice but to focus on push-ups as I can't do too many shoulder presses before pitching. Fortunately, push-ups don't seem to be a conflict with my throwing motion/soreness.
Dinner was a chicken wrap with steamed broccoli.
I never use supplements or any type of cheating. Just food, hydration, passion and hard work.
Today's Highlights:

- @belemo made his own dumbbell from welded recycled parts.

The hardest thing about going through one of your workouts would be your Euro music. Hahah. The kettlebell shoulder presses seem good for holding your core as well for extra benefit.Do you eat before you workout, right after, or both? I never seem to know what's best before, but definitely eat right after.

Eat 1-2 hours before a workout, and after a workout. Works well on shredding before a workout in the morning on empty stomach - coffee with a spoon of any fat( butter, oil, coconut butter...)
