- You choose what types of exercise reps to do.
- 30 minutes of fitness walking, running, spinning, biking, cross-country skiing, etc., can count as 100 reps if you need to rest or can't use weights.

- I run the numbers daily which is sometimes harder than my reps.

My Daily Assessment:
My left quad still VERY tender from being hit square in the leg with a hard ground ball. Doing squats recently was not a good idea since it was very painful.

Did a bunch of gardening so I drove the plants around in an electric cart. Didn't do all the walking I usually do but it will be fruitful when the plants start growing.

It was kingsday in The Netherlands. The biggest fleemarket known to human kind. Look it up I’m not kidding. After selling our attic from 7 am to 1 PM. It took going up and down stairs( gluts) and carrying really heavy bags ( farmers walk).We walked around for 3 Hours. Then packed up and left for Holiday. More stairs.
But I won’t count it as reps, just writing down my excuse :-).
